Shelli R. Dodson, CPA is our forensic tracing and litigation support expert. She has spent years working with attorneys providing various levels of support. While in college, she worked for multiple law firms where she came to understand the needs of attorneys. Using her expansive knowledge of accounting principles and tax laws, she is able to bring life to cases by providing an 'insider's view' of the situation while maintaining a neutral, defendable position. She has contributed to hundred's of expert reports that have been accepted in Harris, Montgomery, Galveston and Fort Bend County. She has testifying experience in Montgomery County.

Shelli Dodson
Shelli Dodson has over 25 years experience in both CPA firms and public companies. During her time in public accounting, Shelli worked in tax, auditing, write up, accounting software consulting and small business consulting. Having worked with multiple clients over the years, Shelli has been able to gain an understanding of how people think and operate. She brings that knowledge to each forensic/litigation case providing valuable insight and tracing techniques.
Shelli founded the forensic dividion of the firm to help attorneys and clients with characterization of property in multple settings such as divorce and estates. Characterization of real estate, brokerage accounts, bank accounts, retirement accounts, inheritance, and employee benefit plans are a typical case for Shelli. She can also provide support to attorneys with inventory and discovery. From discovery to testifying expert, all the bases are covered.
Shelli is a graduate of Sam Houston State University. She is an active CPA in Texas, a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor, a member of the AICPA and a member of the Texas Society of CPAs.
Shelli's personal interest include enjoying time with her children and spending time in the Hill Country.
